Working with the West Virginia Coalition for Universal Health Care, SALS carries the message of health care rights and the need for single payer universal health care to the West Virginia Healthy Kids Coalition, Council of Churches, West Virginia Chapter of National Association of Social Workers, and others.
West Virginia People’s Election Reform Coalition (PERC)
As a member of the People’s Election Reform Coalition, SALS supports getting the “dirty money” out of politics and providing a “clean money” solution of public financing of state elections.
Environmental and Economic Justice
SALS seeks to address environmental issue impacting our communities in conjunction with the West Virginia Environmental Council and related organizations seeking environmental planning for long-term economic development.
